Hello all, I have come across this weird error code when using GPU mode, it is the first time i have seen it and not sure why it has come up … can anyone recommend how to fix this please?

Thanks for the reply, sorry for late response - I did not receive a notification.
It only seemed to happen on this file but i had started a new one and it has worked fine it is very odd.
Strange but nice the error is gone with a new scene. I haven’t come across the error with the released version of KS2024.2 yet.

Yeah it was very odd, i have never had that issue before but glad it disappeared in the end.
I also noticed a similar issue, but unfortunately I don’t have a screenshot. It happened in the latest version, KeyShot 2025.1, with some materials from the “Light” category. When I applied them to objects, the GPU mode wouldn’t activate and an error appeared.
I’m not sure if it is, there’s also a bug related to the newer Nvidia drivers and the actual driver which doesn’t have the bug is from September 2024 (566.xx I think). I do use the latest driver but if you run into issues, it might be worth trying the older driver.
And if you install it, pick the advanced install and select ‘clean install’.
